TURN YOUR CLOSET INTO CASH! Bring in your gently used Clothing, Handbags, Shoes, Jewelry, Perfume, and Accessories that are in current syle, seasonal and free from stains, rips, odors etc.  Items need to be cleaned, pressed, and hanging. (We will return hangers.) Sweaters, jeans etc. may be folded.  We offer a 90 day contract, and consignors recieve 40% of the selling price.  Consigning times are Tues-Thursday from 10:30 am-6:00pm. You do not need an appointment.  Bring between 8-30 items to begin your consigning contract.  Feel free to call with any questions during business hours. (253)-446-7621

 

 Terms and Conditions:

CONTRACT TERMS:
1. Retained Fees: General Merchandise: Sixty percent (60%) of the selling price shall be retained by Ashley's Consignment.

2. Liability: Ashley's Consignment assumes no liability for the loss, damage to or destruction of any item consigned.

3. Imperfect Merchandise: Items in need of repair or cleaning may be donated without notice to the Consignor.

4. Pickups: Consignor must give a minimum of two (2) days notice before pickup and will be responsible for pulling all items to be picked up.

5. Pickups: Consignor must pick up all unsold items within three (3) months from the date of consignment or ALL unsold items   not picked up after the end of the contract period will become the property of Ashley's Consignment.

6. Price Reductions: All items consigned may be subject to a price reduction at the discretion of Ashley's Consignment.

7. Consignment payments will be voided 275 days after agreement termination (1 yr from contract date).

8. Record Keeping and Follow-Up Calls: It is the responsibility of the consignor to maintain all records of consigned merchandise and call to confirm sales, pickups and contract termination.

9. Consignor profits may be picked up anytime during store hours.
